Grammar doesn't matter that much. Grammatically-correct searches like "How can you...," "How can a person...," and "How can someone..." all bring up results consistent with the "How can u..." image. It's just the high-falutin' word "individual" that yields anything noticeably different.

I believe these are actual screencaps that reflect actual differences in Google search frequencies. Or if not, they should be. ;-)

If I didn't know the difference between correlation and causation, I would take this as evidence that typing in internet speak would give an individual STIs.
