Bizarre email o' the day

The email below appeared without explanation in my inbox today, and ranks in the top 10 most bizarre emails I've received. I have no idea what to make of this.

Yeah, that pretty much tops the cake for odd emails.

I've gotten emails from "FedEx" that started out empty, then with gibberish text, then finally with mocked up headers and realistic-looking text. Wonder if this is something similar, and you'll get a more legit-looking version in a few days?
