Proof of the Coming Apocalypse, #32712

On the way to dinner with the Smoosh on Thursday night, we passed a Porsche SUV.

A Porsche. SUV.

A Porsche. SUV.

Dinner was very good, however, and I gained valuable intelligence on the army of robots datan0de is building to try to destroy me.

Wow. I didn't think they made penises that small.

There are Porsche Cayennes all over out here. I've noticed that I see more Cayenne S types rather than the original (the S one being much faster, and much more expensive).

I recall reading a review of the Cayenne when it first came out from Car & Driver, which boiled down to: "Despite it being an SUV, it handles and drives like a Porsche. We're impressed, but we don't get it."

A friend of mine has one - as a luxury car, it's very nice. And best of all is the mind of lunacy in the designer that thought anyone really needed 450hp in a four-wheel drive vehicle.

I still like the LM002 as a four-wheel drive car, though...

Dinner was great, and we all really enjoyed getting to hang out with you and Shelly!

Leaking part of my plan seemed a worthwhile tradeoff for the assistance you unwittingly provided. BTW, I still haven't solved my little problem yet, but I suspect it involves reverse-biased transistors and a mix of both NPN and PNP transistors.

By the way, are you aware of any nerve gasses or other airborne toxins which can be produced using only chemicals found in seawater? I promise that this might not have anything to do with any schemes to destroy you or your monkey army.

Oh, the Cayenne. It's all over the place here. The VW SUV I kinda get, but the Cayenne - no.

But then - they make Ferraris with automatic transmission.

No, they do not make Ferraris with automatic transmission. They make Ferraris with paddle shifters and sequential gearboxes, like on Formula One cars. Very, very different.

Hey, I thought the same thing the first time I saw a Cadillac SUV. In fact...I've never had any use for ANY SUV.

Gas guzzling yuppie status symbols, all of 'em.

But I still dig the Forerunner. (Ghod help me.)
