Not many folks know this, but at the end of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln was cloned.

The clone was genetically modified to gigantic proportions, then immediately frozen in Carbonite. Once his life signs were stable, the gigantic clone of Abraham Lincoln was transported to Laramie, Wyoming, where he would remain in storage until the zombie apocalypse.

When that day comes, Lincoln will be free of his Carbonite shell, ready to offer his leadership to save the Union once again. Folks around these parts sleep easier knowing that Lincoln stands ever ready, prepared once more to save us all.

You know one of the things that I've wanted to do for ages is a proper road trip around America - as in, rent a car and see how much territory I can cover in a few weeks.

These pictures you keep posting are not helping to lessen the desire.

Please keep posting :-)

i know nothing about this statue, but could it have anything to do with how poor abe was moved about 6 times after death in secrecy? Something about how people were trying to steal his body!!

That there is funny right there. Does that mean John Wilkes Boothe was actually Jabba the Hut?
Jun. 23rd, 2009 04:42 pm (UTC)
There is no evidence whatsoever that Boothe was a Hutt, nor that the Hutts were responsible for the assassination of JFK. The Hutts also vigorously deny any association whatsoever with the Church of Scientology. Xenu was most definitely NOT a Hutt. Speculation about these matters will be referred to legal counsel for appropriate action.

One of the worst things I have EVER SEEN is that Lincoln head looming out of the fog one early morning on the way from Laramie to Cheyenne for some meeting I can't even remember what it was now. But the creepy image of that fog shrouded head has stuck with me for many years now. Ugh.

He looks like he's mad as hell about being trapped in there! Wouldn't want to be anywhere near there when he's emanicapted!
